o ok yeh it was funny wen pulling up i was lik i recognise that from somewhere then noticed the plate then checked for fmic
my mates couldnt believe it lol

Stiffer engine mounts anyone? The amount that the engine moves when comes off the throttle in the hub video... 8O

that looks like a normal amount of movement to me...

just checked out the vids.. it sounds pretty sweet aye, did you find out why It dropped a cylinder bazda? was it something simple or major??

prob collapsed piston, had too much clearance but bought the eng with these pistons didnt have enough $ back then to change to oversize ones and we thought it would last longer than it has, but obviously not. So getting some custom JE's made.

spark plugs

just make sure you havnt melted the electrode on your spark plug .this will make it run on 3 cyl ,i had mine dynoed and melted 2 platium plugs ,have gone down to 2 colder in spark plugs to stop melting the ends off

yeah thats not the problem, already running cold plugs, getting a bit oil on them though.

yip he's waiting for my pos to have eng and gbox put back together and out of the workshop driving, lol, then he'll start work on it,

started pulling everything off the eng ready for the head to come off tomorrow night maybe.

right, seems like im pretty lucky once again.
Collets fell off the valve, piston bent the valve to a nice S bend.
Basically its valved bounced, the springs cant hold the valves for this amount of boost.
So some stronger valve springs will be going in soon :D.
Anyone know where to get them for a good price?

here some pics of the bent valve, and you can also see the mark on the piston where its hit.
Just as well they are tiny valves and they only just hit my pistons so no real damage to the pistons.
