Altezza apexi power fc problem

Hello it's been awhile since I've been on here.

I'm having a problem with the power fc that I have purchased for my altezza.
With ignition on it just pumps fuel into the cylinders. That's with ignition on, not cranking the engine over. Eventually filling the cylinder causing hydro lock.
I've done a fair bit of searching and found someone on here having the same issue and eventually finding missing/open earths on the ecu loom. He didnt state which earths or pins they were.
I've checked the main ground to ecu and that was fine. Looking at the ECU pinout diagram the only other ground I see there is sensor ground but I'm guessing that only gets earth once a sensor is switched.

What other pins on the ecu plug could it be or what else could I check.
