for anyone who is trying to wire up there radios (most of you already know this just thought i would help the starters)

some cars may change in colours but these are the main colours


12+: Blue/Yellow

SWIT: Grey

EARTH: Brown

ANT: Black/Red Amp: Pink/Blue

ILL: Green

FR+: Light Green

FR-: Blue

FL+: Pink

FL-: Purple

RR+: Red

RR-: White

RL+: Black

RL-: Yellow

NOTES: When fitting after-market head-unit hook together remote and antenna wires if the radio doesn't have separate outputs

When your doing stuff like this it pays not to guess. It varies from car to car and in cars of different ages.
Thats why it pays to play it safe and find out from somewhere you can trust.

I recommend http://www.installdoctor.com/ for all your headunit wiring needs.

I was about to say that Toyotas before 87 has different colour coding lol.

Take ya pick by the look of it... some of those are completely not right in my caldina.. they must have changed some time between 87 and 97.
