why you would want a 2nd hand water pump is beyond my comprehension.

So you save $100 on the waterpump, then it will probably break down in 10,000kms and you'll have to buy another waterpump, and spend the same amount of time/money in labour to fix it.

and a water pump is like a 12 hour job on them....
and the pump isnt cheap.

currently i'm in palmy, and my mate's cavliar's water pump was dead, and somepne quote for $1k to replace with new pump including labour.

so my mate's lack of $$ and needs help to find some 2nd hand water pump, or some place r cheaper to replace

in china, there is engine conversion of vitz with a 4AGE blacktop or silver top, and it will fit,
how many horse power can 4age get with some little modify?


you may be able to do a 2zz engine in it, but you'd be pushing fitting that in there too ...

measure up 3SG(T)E and 1NZFE (or whatever the engine is in VitZ) and see the difference, no you defenetly cant use original engine mounts or gearbox. If it is possible (reasonbly) to fit 3S in a vitz I guess, you will have to use custom gearbox/shafts (width of Vitz is much less ...

i have a friend who's going to do a engine conersion on his 02 vitz, and he needs some help from u guys

he is abel to get 3s-ge and 3s-gte, and will they all fit vitz with standard engine mounts? or some other toyota engine is better to fit?
and will they standard gearbox ok for the conersion ...
