i also think the prelude would win, same power its lighter it may have less torque but in this case i dont think it would make to much difference and its a manual, although it is a front wheel drive so that amke a difference for the launch but i think it would pull away once it got traction

to make it simpler if you have a excessively noisy car and you rev the shit out of it its a matter of time till you get caught

turbo it, or get a 2" or 2.25" exhaust and 4-2-1 headers, that should do it

Your cousins exhaust will only be slowing it down, because it is too large creating back pressure

IMO if you arent driving like a tosser or doing anything wrong I doubt you will get pulled over. I've had several police cars stopped behind/infront/beside me at all times of day and I'm yet to be pulled over for being too noisy.
