If its spooling slower than it used to, then its probably just tired and needs a rebuild.
Otherwise, the compression is probably why it takes so long to spool, thats a reasonably sized turbo for a low comp 1600 to spin.

yea we get most of those, but the wagon is 4WD and its called an ae95... and we dont get the 3 door hatch or the 2 door coupe..

our liftbacks are called seca's too...

thanks for your thoughts guys... sorry i wast too clear in my last post, but i already have a microtech LTX10s running things at the moment.

ill be getting a retune pretty soon and i might bump the boost up tp 16psi to see what difference that makes.

and also i have a greddy profec b spec 2 ...

sorry to drag up an old thread guys, but you NZ fella's seem to have a lot more GTE experience than anyone in sydney does!


im currently running a s14 silvia T28 on a stainless lowmount manifold.. its spooling really slow these days and i was after a few opinions..

do you guys think that ...

im running australian ae102 rear discs on my ae92 hatch... do you guys call them wagons?

the disc size is a little bigger than the front, which helps bring the brake bias back a little... it didnt cost the earth either and bolted straight on...

unless you can confirm the power outputs of each amp are identical and your using a split mono signal to each amp thats identical, i wouldnt do it... i've seen subs wired like that, and even with slight variations in output power, the coils can become unattached from each other... which is bad!
