i got mine for $250 about 18 months ago. was in near new condition. just the odd scratch here or there.

IMO find yourself an Alpine 9835 second hand in good cond.
awsome H/U and with a lil help from some knowledgable easy to set up.
They have a webiste for the ipersonalise where u can set the Crossovers etc up and load it onto a cd and pop it into the H.U and bam your done.

becuse they need repacing :S i figured tht might be obvious

im looking for one of those pages you get from a toyota parts department that shows the parts in a cutout diagram with the part numbers?

Need the ones for all the boot panels and for the real panels (where the back speakers,etc are)

any help would be much appreciated

well i will be a bit delayed in getting the photos up etc as the car still isn't ready to be picked up. hopefully this weekend.

i had this happen ages ago on my gt4. took me ages to figure it out. turned out to be a bent dust cover.

those kind of people are oxygen thieves. they should be chemically castrated to stop them breeding, that way they can't dilute the human gene pool.

that they are average is probably not the best way to put it. there is better for the money.

um dude? bolt it in means that you get bolts and screw them into holes etc it doesn't confirm or deny whether or not any fabrication is needed.

it would be a backwards step for a road car but if you want track worthy suspension then its step forward there are to few SS track coil overs and even those are average.

yea and TRD coilovers are like $4k and are average. where as McPherson's is half that and easy to replace/get parts for

never said it was as simple as bolting in but its not impossible. been done plenty of times.

They guy that is doing the gearbox rebuild on my gt4 has fabricated himself new suspension arms etc so that his ST205 is no longer SS and is no a traditional McPherson strut. on Monday i will follow up with pictures etc on how this can be done for those who are interested.

lol i couldnt dis-agree more. 50k worth of fraud is not an easy crime to commit not when you have morals ,a conscience, and no the difference between right and wrong. if you don't have those then sure ...

Yea you are right about the installers 2LTR.

But I do still question the Dynatrons...as I had the entire unit (the little black box) totally replaced two times by the head guy at Dynatron and I still had issues.

But yea, guess theres always gotta be someone that never has any luck

very nice little car. $30k for a full rally car aint bad. espically when u look at the costs of the individual bits. Cage, Link plus, 2 seats, etc etc
