FIGURE OUT WHY! Or at least your best guesstimate. Overheat, low or too thick or too thin or too much lube, old & tired/loose or rebuilt too tight, too many cold unprimed startups, G-forces, tired pump, stuck relief, whatever.
Intake, cam, compression & exhaust mods.
Crank girdle is just insane.

Rear brakes stinking hot, it's the only time you're going into the fragrance rather then driving away from it?

Re: JZZ-30 R154 Clutch issue
It takes a lot to generate any smell, sure it's not coming from somewhere else?
So according to the mechanic, he said I am slipping the clutch.
As I start to throttle the car it does shutter (must be doing something wrong here?).

Re: More brake noises! Yay!
So, going to get it done properly and replace the front rotors.
Replacing rotors has nothing to do with a proper or improper job unless they've been chewed half way through from alot of metal-to-metal, or their machining was improper/incompetent and they won't do it again because they say that ...

What's in it now and wadda they look like now and what was the engine doing(symptoms and conditions) before you looked at them?
What's the compression? Don't chase a fuel or timing(ignition and/or cam) problem with iridium spark plugs.

Re: cv replace, rebuild?
Try driving it full lock right for 2-3 circles, then reverse it for 2-3 more, then do the same with the steering at full lock left. Mine hasn't made a peep for years, about 7-9000 miles, though it was making noise & stopping for a while for about 1K during 3-4 applications of the above torture ...

Re: Brake noises (Not the fun sort)
Some just make noise.
If using them heavy or using the brake while keeping your foot on the gas to really heat'm up doesn't eliminate or reduce the sound for a few weeks, then try working with what you've got or try a different brand.
Taper the leading edge.

Recently noticed a squeaking/squealing sound with light braking and a bit of a grinding sound with heavier braking at slow speeds.... ...free brake checks.
What kind of noise after you've been on them heavy, 2-3 times from 100>0?? Go away for days/weeks after that?
Sure noise is Important & you ...

Re: Ticking noise present only when clutch released?
Does the noise disappear or not disappear if the clutch fork is moved????
The clutch release/thrust/throwout bearing would never stop making noise, if it was in fact making noise, when the clutch is not released - pedal on the floor and cannot be the your source.
It will make ZERO sound no matter ...

Re: Cam timing question
Smooth idle is a little tricky as without a IAC valve the idle is tricky to get right.
IAC = the little hot coolant controlled thingy on the TB?
It's only a semi-controlled air bypass and it doesn't lean it out, so it has nothing to do with a smooth idle, only its RPM when cold.

Severe operating conditions are
Most DD's.
in gear & driving as soon as the engine fires - like even before the warning light is off..
lots of cold starts, short trips & rarely getting hot enough so that your fingers can't stay in contact with the oil pan.
Starting with an empty filter.

Wheel bearings don't sound alarming or change at certain speeds, they're silent or have a low/deep rumble/grind increasing in volume with speed and are rarely ever heard over the wind noise.
