Seriously, asking on the internet about $69 tyres?
You have failed at life by so much you don't even deserve a 1990 Corona and should be walking everywhere.

Yeah man clearly, how dare I ask for info. Lol.

Super cats tires
Hey guys
I am about to throw a new set of tires on the corona (1990 3s manual)
Bridgestone has a promo atm for 13/175/70 supercats for 69 each fitted balanced etc etc
Anyone think of anything better for a similar price?
I am thinking about some nicer Turanza's or Kumho's but I can't find them ...

Re: Opinions: Fiat Stilo Abarth
If she is set on something smallish and euro then consider one of the renalt clio's. Anything from the clip 172, 182, 197 etc are all really great to drive. Great wee cars, nice revvy 2ltr with great balance and very light weight.
You can pick up a nice 172 or 182 for around 5-8k.

Re: NEW Supra Prototype.
How can they make it competitive against the GTR in both price and performance (which it has to be imo) without making the LFA look way overpriced in comparison?

Re: Rav4 diesel opinions
Finished galavanting like a long haired hippy. TBH I'm content with mine. Its fairly economical, apparently averaging 6.4 litres per 100KM atm, or so it tells me. As for towing, I towed a furniture trailer (single axle) and averaged about 9.5L/100KM (which is 0.1l/100KM more efficient than my NA ...

Re: Rav4 diesel opinions
Have always wondered why toyota didn't push a diesel rav4 option from the get go. I mean the rav4 is a very popular soft-roader and they look/handle quite nicely. But from what I have seen they never seemed to sell a diesel rav4 New in NZ. All the diesel ones here are imports from what I could see ...

Re: P Zero Nero opinions
Looking for new tyres for the hoonduh, and have spotted a set of P zero nero in a good size for $250/corner, online reviews seem to be pretty good, just wondering if anyone here has run them? Main question is what are they like on noise and wear? Dont need super sticky rubber, just need something ...

...fuel economy started to decrease,... could this be due to the oil really needing a change?
does it matter hugely what sort of oil I use...
No, of course not, though there is much WWW anecdotal tales about it and many other wonderful things that happened with fresh oil inside.

Oil changes
Hey all
Am about to do an oil change on my corona 1990.
Had two questions, as it got closer and closer to the kms for the change I noticed my fuel economy started to decrease, maybe by 10-20% in the past 1000 kms, could this be due to the oil really needing a change? (has been close to 15,000kms I ...

Hey all I decided a few days ago to try and create some sort of resource for the two communities that I participate in, Toy Speed and Club Sub.
It is still a work in progress so if there are any errors or mistakes or extra rounds that you find please just comment below and I will add them ...
