Full time Job (applying)

Hey, if anyone know's of any apprentiships in either auto-electrical, or mechanical in the auckland area (supposenly out west ways) can someone let me know! Just trying to find one at the momment.

But till then, any job will do if anyone know's of any positions opening up?

Good luck mate, they very rarely advertise :roll: You will have to do the hard yards, compile a CV with cover letter and find a list of potential employers in the phone book. Lastly drive around to each one and introduce yourself and the situation. Thats basically the only way of doing things, apprenticeships generally dont come flying. It aint easy but eventually you should find one :wink: Let us know how you get on.

i could find you an electrical aprentaship.. just not auto..

You don't need C.V's and s**t, I walked into toyota and got an apprentiship looking like a wet rat :lol:

What you want to do is one of the unitec courses, there absolute rubbish, but they knock a heap of time off your apprentiship. And makes getting a job heaps easier.

Just don't do the entry course, do the next one up. Either auto, or elec which ever you want to do.
