Interested in renting a workshop?

This post is to gauge interest for like minded enthusiasts to enter into
a venture for renting a workshop/garage, preferably on the North Shore,
Auckland.

It is no longer feasible to store and develop my race car at a
residential property so I'm looking for several people to split the cost
of a workshop.
