Can be anywhere around Auckland through to Hamilton...

Need some info from guys that want storage, Im looking at a couple of places to lease. They are large but not huge. Might even have a hoist in it...
How much room are you guys wanting and how much are you wanting to pay??

Yes its in auckland, currently looking within 8km of CBD

Expressing interest, all depends on price though as everything I have come across has been too much just for myself.

PRobably looking for two cars worth of space (will either fill with two cars, or one car + parts/gear)

price will be according to space required,
im looking at getting an old workshop in avondale, will be secure and safe for anything. what are people willing to pay for how much space u require, and what resources are you expecting?

Not expecting too much tbh, lighting and power for tools I suppose. 3 phase would be nice to get a sweet compressor, but then dealing with painting and overspray potential becomes a headache.

I have pretty much everything I need in my garage at home - its just not enough room for me, and having some of my gear in the carport/driveway is not ideal.

A hoist would be nice, but not essential for me.

I have never rented a lockup so not sure what the going rates are for a lease per annum, if you want to discuss $$ figures by PM more than happy to.

if you can handle the extra 15 mins to silverdale you will get very good value for money there

Nah moved flat and now i have a 4x10 garage all to myself and only 6 min walk to work
