What does the event actually involve?

edit

We have decided to fix the problem at it's source, by running legal and cheap racing events for your average racer with just your average car.

"No special licenses or roll cages needed"
All you need is a car in any way shape or form and as long as you can tow it to and from an event it doesn't even need to have a WOF. All you need to do is register with us and we will let you know when each event is on.

You know you just described Clubsport Basic events? No licence, run any car without any special gear.

erm ... also

some proof reading on your Cannonball page

'your' means something that belongs to you. So 'your' car.

you're means 'you are'. For example, you're a petrol head.

to and too mean different things. You go to a place. You try too hard.

fill you in, not full you in

teams not team's. Teams is more than one team. Team's is if something belongs to the team, so the team's shirts, are the shirts that belong to the team.

Mega Centre, not Center

don't not dont

Capital letters at the start of a sentance, not after a comma, nor at the start of something in brackets

What is a 'steet class'

unforseens not unforseen's

Why would cars travelling at the speed limit need up to two support cars?

its not it's on your homepage. Indicates an abbreviation of it is.

yours not Your's on your homepage. Yours means it belongs you you, you're means you are.

on your 'about us' page, it is Boy Racers, not Boy Racer's. Again you use an apostrophe to indicate something belongs to somebody. Boy Racers means more than one Boy Racer. So the Boy Racers went into town and acted like muppets. The Boy Racer's Cefiro means the Cefiro that belongs to a boy racer.

same page, it's not its. We know what it is like. So, becomes we know what it's like.

Might help sharpen up your company image a bit to get some proof reading done. At the moment it's a bit of a shocker for a website belonging to an Event Management company.

Who pays for the dyno to determine power?
What are the stickers made of? (Will the ruin my paint or leave sh*t on it?)
Whats the difference between stickers and special stickers?
Who are the sponsors?

Who pays for the dyno to determine power?

It's more of a social thing, more just a way to break the group into two catagories also the more power the more likely you are to have a better paint job requiring more expensive stickers.

What are the stickers made of? (Will the ruin my paint or leave sh*t on it?)

They are Vehicle grade stickers designed to use on cars if you pull them off within a few days they will come off easily but if left on there for a few weeks they become very hard to remove. They wont damage your paint at all but if left on there for almost a year the paint on the car will fad with the Natural UV light but under the sticker wont so you will have a shadow.

Stickers will always leave a slight glue residue, this can be removed buy using turps and a rag, rub the turps into the glue and let set for 5 mins then it will remove easily.

What's the difference between stickers and special stickers?

Special Non-Permanent stickers will come off easily up to two years after there applied, but will also leave shadows if left on for this period of time.

Who are the sponsors?

At the moment Plumbing World, Nasty Clothing Co, Inoweb Web Design and a few others.

I Cringed at that also. Not a good statement to make around a bunch of car enthusiasts.

Gator, I belive its a good idea trying to get people to come out and have some fun legally But your somehow going to have to distance yourself from the idiots that will speed / drive dangerously as theres always a few.

Ive done a similar thing as you've described with things you have to do along the way, games etc but cant remember what its called... Car clubs run them all the time but generally don't get the crowd it looks like your attempting to pull. I think its a good idea and may come along myself.

Good luck with it :)
