Auckland Meets?

Postby boonie » Mon Jan 25, 2010 6:33 pm

Hey guys, been looking through the forums and haven't found any recent mention of meets in Auckland. Are there still people out there who are keen to meet up and maybe go for some cruises? Coro loop etc. Just testing the waters at thge moment, but I don't mind stepping up and organising something if there's a demand.

The problem that Auckland meets have had in the past is that everyone says they're keen then only 3 or 4 people turn up. If you want to organise something though, go for gold!

sweet, works a wee bit hectic at the moment. But next week I'll crack onto organising something. Where is best for most people? Central Aux? If anyone knows any decent car parks or whtever where we can meet initially it would be sweet too.

Lol, my map!

The Quay St carpark sucks now. Too much attention, if the cops see a gathering there they'll come and do their best to bust you for something.

Yeah, i stole your awesome map from the old thread

Maccas is good for when its raining, you dont get bothered up at this carpark (exept when dodgy as people start doing drug trades or something!)

And people like me are trespassed from the Mobil Service station right to the end of the car park.

I was parked up there on a friday night, Mark Fleming (Head of operation sniper) and his crew came down, checked over our cars (all was sweet as always, He knows that but "has to") slapped us with a trespass notice, along with 12 other known "boy racer" park up spots that are involved with the drags. Kinda BS I know, but I dont see the point trying to fight it.
