Very rarely. The 4A-GE 20v headers are a lot more common, but the last 7A-FE tubular headers I saw were fitted to the red bug-eye shaped Corolla hatchback (the day you were there), which is now long gone.

ok the mount is wrong the gearboxs look completly differant to mine, does any1 know if there are to types of c52 and c56, I had 1 of each(only got the 56 now) and they look the same but the c52 and c56 I saw today at mangere look differant to mine smaller even but the looked the same as each other. does that make sence?

If this is still there next time you visit, I would be very keen on getting the lifters and pushrods from it. As long as the head has no lugs under #1 and 4 spark plug tubes.

You lost me after you said listen carefully :lol:. But in all seriousness, I've never worked on one of those motors so have no idea what to do really. I had a look today and due to height of the car on the stands at Pick-A-Part and the orientation of the engine, it looks like a mission to get in there. Come for a trip up to Auckland! :D

It looked like it had been sitting around for a while as it had algae on it, but it was in surprisingly good condition from memory. There were no dents that I could see other than the ones already listed.
