Renting a garage in Wellington

I'm looking at renting a garage or space in a workshop where I can work on my car during the weekend. I checked the paper and theres nothing available.

Does anyone have a spare garage up for rent? I tried Trademe and the Dominion Post, but no luck.

My lockup is in wingate, fits approx four jap cars, 90 per wk, power included and alarmed, pays to have a couple of guys in there to keep cost down, they have just built approx 20 more lockups on the same site.

You definitely want alarmed. Some guys I used to know had their lock up in Broken Hill Road cleaned out, including two cars, and many thousand worth of tools a couple years back, despite the fact there is a person living in a house in the middle of the lock up compound.
