Room to rent, Paekakariki Hill Rd

Postby cogent » Wed Jan 14, 2009 4:24 pm

We have a room for rent in our house, based on Paekakariki Hill Rd.
Rent is $120 a week, details of what this includes in trademe link.

Currently myself, my girlfriend and a friend of ours live here, all 3 of us are IT professionals working in different parts of IT. There is a 2 car garage with a good workbench and lots of room for parking (pref no HQ holdens on bricks tho plz).

I assume it's no furniture photos of when they first got it so as not to provide a shopping list to theives on trademe lol.

Looks like a great place, pity I'm not looking at moving out of my current flat for at least another 6 months lol.

The interwebnet is disgustingly ambiguous :( I wish I could type in a tone of voice. :P Would remove the need for all the  or  and etc, as when I sometimes forget to emoticate, I can really offend people lol.
