Hey guys. Drag Racing is back with the Masterton Motorplex Xmas Drag Wars on the 29th and 30th of December! After the last highly successful meeting this one can't be missed!

What could possible make this meeting better? The NZ Petrolhead smokefest!! On the 29th from 6pm until 9pm. This is another event which can't be missed.

A hot day, but traction was good. I did a personal best in the stock turbo soarer. 12.4 sec with a sweet 1.82 60 footer. stephen in the red MR2 (stock turbo) borrowed my hoosiers for one run only and busted out a 1.73 sec 60', and a 12.6 sec 1/4 mile. Richard B had his 300zx there with a T04z single turbo. tuned and w.o.f'd the day before! the lawton quad rotary was running 8.6s i think. we Got 6 passes today, 1 practice, 3 qualifying, 2 grudge.It was a great day without all the timing gear failures and oil downs on the track- what a change from normal!!!!

Fantastic time!! Well done - gotta be rapt with that. Bummer I couldn't make it, but good to hear there were some good times. How did the Z32? I heard 12.4 @ 114mph thrown around though I thought that thing was making some huge #s on the dyno?

8.6s is nice going for the SP20, should go quicker though hopefully.

sat was an awesome day. loved the TT V8 vauxhal on Methanol (methanol = my new addiction). was running 2 turbonetics T72's i think he said... $&#$% awesome car.

He ran a 7.91 on saturday.

I didnt do any pb's this weekend. (think im down on power).
End of saturday i was top qualifier in 4wd turbo by 2 seconds

I had no competition, the closest race i had was when i grudge raced a V8 at the end of the day.
Sunday the 4wd's and 2wd turbos combined to one class. I made it to the final where i got beaten by MR GRIM mazda rx2. I ran 11.9, he ran a 10.84.
Was an awesome weekend, i had 12 runs all up, which i thought was fantastic, and i didnt break the car

yup i beat the V8.
I had one loss, that was in the final against the rx2.
