3 Bedroom, 2 Lounges, huge kitchen, off street parking, conservatory, seperate laundry (which is massive), big deck, spa pool is going in in the next 3-6 months, garden, just off the main road in Newlands, so not too much traffic.

Place has been deff confirmed and i have the keys being delivered this week!

well considering in the last 2 weeks he has done the following
Carpets cleaned,
walls cleaned
Deck fixed
gardens done
concrete in driveway fixed (just for my car lol)
all plugs have been tested with eletrician
New curtians
Dishwasher added

in the next 6 months,
new carpet
spa pool

in 12 months
deck extended

i trust him and i will talk about it when i get the keys this week

I also get the keys 2 weeks early for me to be able to move stuff in and also i dont have to pay the bond until he comes back from holiday in jan sometime!

now thats a nice landlord!

Like they say though ... believe it when you see it.

My landlord started off well, paying for all the paint and stuff when we repainted the inside of his house for him (long story) and there has been much talk of painting the outside, and digging out another carpark ... but, since then, he hasn't even so much as looked at a dicky outside door lock, and a leaking tap.

So they start off with good intentions, and then work out that it's only a rental property and the returns are still okay even if they don't spend a cent.

yeah this one he bought as a second family home, sounds like he has older kids and when they move out him and his partner are wanting to move in there, but he said thats not for 2-3 years
