Yeah thats the one, had thrown the timing belt, replaced that and had the head checked out, 2 bent valve stems, all replaced, runs like a go kart on steriods

I was there tonight but in my dirty fwd lag wagon. Occasionally bring my ae86 out but it seriously needs a new paint job so isn't too flash.

Yeah man, i have seen ya cars, I have that slamed out Carina wagon that was at the lock up when you came round once.

I would love to catch up some time and check out your ke25, I just cant get enough of them aye, that is one sweet looking car, I remeber how much I wished i had the cash at the time to buy it.

Lol yea that was a cool wagon 8) 5k and all its frankenstien-ness.

haha, Im not a panel beater, just do bits here and there. I can possibly paint you up if ya want. How far and what colour do you wanna go with? Do you want door jams and all that stuff done?

Did you paint that orange corona or was that someone else? Thats the sort of finish i'd like 8)

Basically the paint atm is really bad (thin, not prepped well, etc etc) so will need to be completely sanded back. So the whole car including door/boot jams but not engine bay. And changing the colour to the new commonwhore or falcon red.

Im also looking at getting a different front bumper with a group buy but I doubt that will even go thru (for the second time).

I could possibly do the initial sanding but dont want to risk doing the final sanding/smoothing myself.

I've got an old RWD or two but don't go to the meets... the daily is embarassing and the project isn't going :lol:
