Well snow on the way to the event was a bit extreme however it was a good event for all of those who braved the elements.

Thanks to all of those who turned up. The mitsi numbers are still lacking which is a bit of a shame. Well done to Dan; he had the quickest time for a while until the Subaru eclipsed it. Was good to watch my brother in the Silvia fight an overpowered car around that track.

I see you ran almost the full track this time Roger? How did that pan out for you?

I think it was the full track. It was well exciting in the rain, with no name rear tyres on the Starlet. I looped it under braking on the hairpin on the start / finish.

The scandie flick I had planned unfortunately started one wiggle too early, so I ended up going left towards the tyre wall at full throttle, on a right hand hairpin. Interesting moments indeed.

It was fun sliding around in the wet... the walls were a bit close tho.
That was one event where I wish I had my power steering back in... maybe when I swap the engine next time.
