That all sounds about right.

I have been using Chief Architect X1 for 2 years. You can make some pretty good 3D models and realistic 3D renders but the 2D side is not as good as it could be. But still good enough to create some decent details for houses. Completely useless for high tolerance steel work. But thats not what it was designed for.
