multi event.??... what the details and costs?

What Leon said but with the addition of Mini golf (no not in the cars)

Cost is $55 + $10 to stay at MCC club rooms. Bloody cheap for 2 days of racing.

Not sure if its MCC members only or other MSNZ affiliated clubs included. Best to contact Julian regarding that on:

julian.hardy@xtra.co.nz

Sorry to take over your post Leon. Now back to the topic :D

It isn't just MCC members, we've had about six cars up there from Wellington competing each year for the past three years. They normally run the event straight after our dual car sprint, to keep the guys up there, but couldn't for some reason this year.

damn i just checked dates and stuff and looks like i'l only be able to come watch, if the crickets off cos of rain, and not marshall like i was hoping to.
Hmm lester multi weekend is a good looking sort of event, appealing even but not for me this time. Maybe next year when i have more spare time on my hands. Watched a little bit of it last year looked like fun.

Cool cool, although since Scrutineering is at exactly the same time as this week's meeting ... I won't be there!

Volunteer type people, be at the track by 9:30 at the latest.

Driver type people probably want to be aiming at 8:30, especially if you need anything rechecked.

Anyone wanting to come up with me on Saturday morning? Probably having to leave Welly at half six at the latest (ouch). Can car pool for sake of cheapness, I have the boring wagon, so can fit loads of helpers in, and the thing runs on the smell of an oily rag.

I'll need to take my own car up, but wouldn't mind travelling in a group.. so if anyone else is leaving later on than that time let me know, otherwise i'll just follow you up Leon :)

If you've got helmet and overalls, bring them.

I'll have my usual stuff with me, so you can borrow if you don't own.
