Funny, that's what happens when I run through the check list on my car. Cage yes. Brakes yes. Suspension yes. Seats yes. Engine, d'oh!

damn none of that comes in on my checklist.. All I have is spark [kinda], door panels [half assed], battery box sealed [ummm suppose so]..

Looks like we got a reasonable TS contingent.

Me, NZ_AE86, Silverangel & neo are the entries, from what i could see

I failed scruitineering

damn dodgy previous owners hacking the doors & doorpanels to fit 6x9's

oh well all fixed now, just need to recheck tomorrow morning. So all my efforts over the last couple of weeks havent been in vain...

Well... I reconnected the disconnected plugs now all the heater switches from defog to face etc... I wondered why the car was so stuffy!....

I'm meeting a few people at the Weigh-station just past plimmerton at 7:45a.m. on the Saturday if anyone else wants to join us to go up there.

Blair is joining me in the nanawagon and we're doing the 6:30 am mission up there. Loads of room left in the car if anyone wants a ride, and can handle my old school music.

My day went well, didn't break anything (obvious) and used 50 litres of avgas. Huge number of runs. Brakes didn't fade although the brain did. Tried to drive out of the hairpin in 4th (duh).

Great fun.

It was a great day, it seems that semi-slicks + lucas brake pads = no brakes =)...

N.B a wreackers v3000 is an even match for a ae101 gt

as good as could be expected, It was silverangel from TS, i think 1min 37's for memory, not the slowest car out there, but no match for 1.22WRX's
