Guidelines for event planners

Can anyone planning an event please come to me first before posting anything up on the boards. Its getting more important for me to be kept in the loop lately as the club gets bigger down here.

I'll try to keep a calendar up-to-date with these events, but it makes it a whole lot easier when i've been told in advance.

Follow this rule for any ideas, sponsorship, merchandise etc. If in doubt - run it by me.
