who does mag wheel repairs in welly? got a few scrapes i want tidied up. i know theres rimrite in palmy but its in palmy and im kinda hoping for somewhere local

Try Graham Berry Race Cars in Upper Hutt.

I had some 15's straightened the other day. $65 each. That was for fixing buckles though, not scratches but think they do that too.

Haven't tried the wheels yet..hopefully they did a good job!

yeah gramham berry race cars, he does a good job, only repairs wheels on tuesdays.

Steve hunt panel and pain apparently has a rim straitner, not sure if they do curb repairs etc.

Rimright if you want em looking like new.
Graham Berry if you want them round / machine the lip @ $65 a pop.
Ive lost count of how many sets of rims Ive takenn out to Graham Berry's so far..

P.S no one can do anything about cracks.

on the same note.. anyone know where i can get one mag fixed. has a crack right through the spoke... and if so does anyone know price...? roughly?

what about that firm in auckland ? dont have the URL handy on my laptop at home, got it at work though, they advertise on their site that they can fix virtually anything, even have pics showing rims with cracks right through them.

Im pretty sure most companies wont try repair a cracked spoke, its too risky.

what about a wheel thats done a few laps of the brake disc :lol:

i still havent fixed my gouged out wheel , just keep it on the back so u dont feel how unbalanced it is. :wink:

take it into an engineerng shop round palmy that does alloy welding. And ask them if they could weld it up for ya. But they would most prob say yes but its at ur own risk.
