Rolled Guards.

Guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew of some one who does a good job when it comes to getting your guards rolled.I was thinking of getting Dave Tunley to do it.I am unsure can anyone else out there recommend someone locally.

Got my guards done yesterday at Fastlane tyres.They did a good job and at $40 a guard pricing was resonable as well.Good customer service I was very happy with there work so I would recommend the use of these guys....

which guards did you get rolled coryn? and why did you need to?? have you changed mags? dads 9.5's look small on his, so you must have gone to something really big to need rolling a mk4's guards!

I got the rear guards rolled just for a little more clearence.I am using 285/40/17 GSD3 F1s on my 9.5 Volk TE37s.I'm getting a wheel alignment on friday aswell they look mint absolutely fill the space in the rear guards.

how are you finding the f1's? i have dads on the back of my car and i'm quite suprised with them over the direzza's. lot more grip while cornering under power, especially in the wet! i should really get my rear arches pumped out a bit more, the 9's have a bit of a wide offset. you didn't run into any problems with the paint chipping or anything? how far did they push them out? or just more tidied up the inner arch?

Mate I'd put the Goodyear GSD3 F1s over anything in then wet fullstop.

I did a Clubsub Track-day@Manfield about 3 years ago in wet conditons and only got beaten by 2 cars out of the 40 that ran that day missed fastest time of the day by 4 tenths of a second.The Goodyears are easily the best wet weather tyre I have used and won't be changing anytime soon........

They actually just rolled the outer edge which was touching up the outer edge of the tyre.Thet did a tidy job as they had the tool to do the job it did'nt take them long at all.
