Original topic.

Anyone here keen? It wouldn't, of course, be until mid year i wouldn't think (hopefully i've fixed my car up by then) but it could be a good day out.

Yay or nay? :)

I doubt there'd be enough TS and SSC members who'd put their cars on the track to make a specific day of it. Not to mention it's a lot of work to run and organise, why not just go along to the 2 open track days they run a year. Matt or Joe post them up here and we usually do an organised cruise for those to watch.

unless it's a challenge within the days we already have calendered, then you are completely dreaming.

if you think that a track can be hired willy-nilly for private use, then forget it, it ain't gonna happen...........BUT,

once Matt and myself have worked out the regs for the March 11 event: viewtopic.php?t=42639 , maybe it could be game on, failing that, we also have a date calendered for June/july (can't remember, have bigger things to worry about), that is an open day sort of arrangement and we will post the regs up once we have decided the format for the day.

possibly a bit harsh, but it was to the point.

if you skyline lads can get the numbers, and taunt enough Toyspeed guys into entering, it would be all good. remembering, the 2 track days are by pre-entry and will have a limit to the number of drivers/cars. so get some numbers organised, and cut that number in half (there are always talkers amongst the do-ers  ), and we'll sort some way of scoring on the day.

do we make it a multi-club ( Hondas wil be a walk-over, M-sport would have safety in numbers) challenge. each make could nominate there 5 or so point scorers before the event, and have some sort of prize/trophy for the winning team??
