i need to get a cert for my car and was wonder who does them, whos most leanient(spelling) and whos the cheapest

There is a place by Hornby High that does them, hes a pretty good guy to talk to.

The place is located in the set of comercial "shops" on the corner of Waterloo Rd and Smarts rd. (Turn off Carmen rd onto Waterloo RD to head to Burnham, BEFORE you get to the first street on ya left ((Smarts RD)) there is an enterence way) Im pretty sure its the first doorway on ya left, been a few kmonths since I been there, but its a mechanics workshop so you cant miss it.

Yep either vehicle certifications, Don Hoff there he's in conjunction with the workshop there
Or there's place out Rangiora that does it too, but you'd need it to be in town i'd be guessing.

Guys name from rangiora is Wayne Martin, and he is a good chap, yes he has moved into town, he is just off moorhouse ave, down the street by the Big yellow car yard, has his workshop down there.
