I thought I would advertise it here because it is SUPER secure, it is a block of townhouses, and it is completely fenced off, the main entrance gate can only be opened with a key code, making it near impossible to break in, and there is a double garage, half of that will be taken up with boxes and crap for a while, but the other half is free for a car. The house itself (I think) has another keycode, and it has an idividual burgular alarm

Also, the head tenant, Croydon, is getting his broadband internet deal moved to the new place, so as we worked it out, it should only cost each person like $15~$20 a week for borad band internet and phone rental, wich ain't half bad

As I should of mentioned before, the room is available from this coming monday

Also, you (or your friend or whatever) *MAY* have to pay one or two weeks up front in advance, but this is open for discussion
