FLATMATE WANTED

For my room in my soon-to-be vacated flat. Will be ready on the 25th March for someone to move in.

Merivale, close to town and uni, suit someone working in the CBD. Massive as room, OSP available, share with 3 other 23-24 yr old fulltime employed males. Laxed flatmates, easy going and so on.

Pretty wicked house, driveway will be shared with an RX30 Cressida, KP61 Starly, BMW M325i and a Legacy (and theres still more space!) Private back section, 2 story oldschool place.

Pretty good rent at $92.50 a week for the room.... expenses on top of that of course, we basically pay $133 a week into the account and it covers the lot.... phone, power, food, broadband etc.
