HEy, Im heading down to chch this Saturday and need about 10L of avgas, Its too hard to get hold of here in Nelson now and Im going to be on a very limited time basis. if anyone here is able to get hold of some for me to pick up quickly sometime on Saturday morning, I will pay for the gas and then some for your time and effort.
If anyone can help just reply here or pm me

just get a tank of 98.
The difference between 98 and avgas is very minimal.

And a bonus is you wont have to clean your o2 sensor

Just grab some on the way into chch. Turn off at the Marshlands exit off the motorway and go to Challenge Waimak with your fuel container

thats expired av gas; i would serioulsy get 98 ahead of that....

Palmside is in the same boat - they sell 'racegas' not 'avgas' there is a difference.

Same as the Ruapuna racegas then, always worked a treat for me, 20psi OK! :lol:

Yeah, I heard that too. The guys I know who run buggies and whatnot, get 98, then a couple of bottles of that octane booster crap, I've never personally tried it though, but in theory it isn't far off avgas.

if you have a msnz clubsport license just go to garden city helicopters out memorial ave just buy the big roundabout,.
