$90 a week for the room.
With Rent, power, phone and broadband internet normally comes to $110-120 a week. (depending on power, winter/summer obviously)

Heaps of off street parking, not to sure bout what end though, i'll find out, i know if your coming from town end it's just past the uni if that helps???
