rust repair? CHEAP!

on my ae70 SE (same as ke70 DX) i need the tyre well replaced, my other ae70 has a good one so use that. and the rear guards need all the bog taken out, pumped out to fit supalites. and behind the guards needs some metal to be put back in. i would like this done as cheap as possible, maybe someone who'll do it out of their garage? if not can you recommend a cheap rust repairer?

I had rust work done at Hesson and Bowry. Cheaper than most others and fast.
