im after the best lawyer in chch who deals with sexual assults etc

im not worried about costs etc i just want to make sure i put this bastard away for a long time

Unless you happen to work for the Crown Prosecutor you don't pick who represents the Crown in court for a police prosecution. This is New Zealand, not Boston Legal.

However you can pay for a private prosecution, but for what you have described in your post you could buy a house with the amount it would cost you in research and court costs, and then it could just get thrown out by the judge.
