hey all, i have a room to rent in the shirley/mariheau area, on Whitehall st runs between Hills road and Westminister st.

its a more of a "single" size room but the previous tennant had a queen bed and a 32" TV in there all good

car port is avaliable

rent is $95 PW plus expenses of $30 (sky digital, 40GB broadband, power, phone etc) there is a $250 bond fee

house was rennovated before i brought it just over 2 years ago
