just transfer the MR2 back into your name, then go and deregister it... thatll $&#$% 'em...

note: would undoubtedly get you in a tower of shit 8)

personally, just get a new set made, register them to another car and eventually he'll get pulled up, the cops will do a check and tell him that 'his' plates are registered to your ke70 in the north island...

or, track the new owner through the post office (they should be able to give you all the owner details on the mr2 even though its your plates on there) and contact him directly.

dont forget, the new owner is most likely completely innocent andoblivious of all this...

I have my plates back 8) As some of you might know, the car was sold without the plates, and I suspect they're currently hanging on the office wall.
I had a remake order put through as soon as I found the car had been sold, and they're now on the wagon
Feel free to walk into Indy Cars and grab them, as I'm going to report them stolen some point this afternoon

Crashing one of there cars only does them a favour

Remember, they have insurance on the cars, at WINDOW price, which is MUCH more than it owes them. So they win! PLus, you have to pay atleast a grand of excess!

High? :? It shouldnt be high, unless they've changed the suspension.
Nah, nothing legal can really come of it unfortunately, as they could argue they purchased the car (and therefore the plate) with good title. I'll probably ring them tomorrow and let them know where to stick the old plates though
