I'm owed $400 from over 2 months ago for the cams out of my old engine, which have since been onsold to someone on the forum already... if someone see's him, can they please inform him it is in his best interests to get hold of me pronto before I start resorting to small claims. The MR2 is in the shop being finished off right now, and the cash would be kinda useful to get it done in time for the drags on the 16th. I gave him the cams on trust of being paid later - that trust has well and truly been destroyed to be honest. Thanks a lot mate

He knows I'm trying to get hold of him, I've seen him drive past my work and conveniently look the other direction, and the numerous voicemail messages, emails and texts have all gone unanswered. I'll delete this post as soon as this is sorted - until then, mods please leave it alone.

Holy christ on a bicycle he isn't dead!

I finally got hold of his house - he was in the shower. This was 20 minutes ago.

I'm calling back now, to see what the answer is. Last night by text (after the word "small claims" was mentioned) I got told that he was waiting to hear from the buyer or see money. Problem is, which he didn't know, is that my boss KNOWS the buyer, and I've been in touch with him through TS, and the money was paid over a week ago.

Up until now I was just getting the run around - now, I'm just flat out being lied to. Not happy. It'll be small claims at lunchtime if I can't get a satisfactory answer.

Well, he never picked up the phone. Just texted saying "I have no voice because of the flu"... Thats totally plausible


Long story short - I've been in touch with him all day. I told him at 11:30 I'd accept holding onto one of his mags as security, and asked him for his address - I have heard nothing since. I'm not amused...

If you have his address, please PM it to me asap. I've got some visiting to do.
