Yes do. I want to see Indy Cars get kicked in the nuts for something. I just hate them. They don't actually know anything about cars, once they were selling a BZR with a 5 speed and the non BZR tail lights and kept on saying it was a BZR when it clearly wasnt.

I'm sure what Santa says will work.

Good luck with it man

Had an interesting conversation with the law society here...could be potential to hit Indy Cars with d/t...but they're going to do some more research on it and see how it goes.
Anyone give it a thrashing in the weekend? Just turn the left button til it displays a 4, thats max boost :D

Disputes tribunal. A hell of a lot cheaper than a lawyer :? Unless someone knows of a reasonably priced lawyer?

I don't think its sold because I was talking to a guy today and he said.

"I went into town today and there was this mint as MR2 at Indy Cars that I might buy, looks way better than the grey one there."

You're all wrong

I went in last night, talked to one of the salesmen, and the little thing has already sold. He had no idea if the plates went with the car or not - least thats what he told me.

So there.

The pessimist in me is thinking that a car that gets bought *that* quickly with the previous circumstances is a little suspicious... Then again, some litle boyracer could have gone "Oh mint0r AU, it's got phat rims yo" and bought it on first meeting.

Either way, Indy Cars sold it knowing the plates were on the '2, or are witholding your property...

Im inclined to agree with you...I'll do a VIR and see what the story is with the plates, if they're still on the vehicle or not.

Well I figure the guy must have lost about $3k on the car, plus bout $3k on the wheels as well, so Im not overly pissed  Plus there isnt alot I can do really, especially if Indy have sold the car with the plate.

Its still on the website so I don't know how often they update it but it doesn't seem right to sell that quickly. The other MR2 there has been there for ages and ages and ages. (just to emphasise how long its been there)

I was just talking to my mum, she works for the police and is a law graduate.

She said that if you spoke to Indy cars and they knew that the plate was not legally theirs then as the way the law is written than they are receiving stolen property. She says that if you go down to your police station and make a complaint then they will make a file which they will send down to christchurch. She wil probably receive the file :) and then overview it and it will be passed on to and inspector and someone will investigate it.

Dude - I went to the store, car not there. I asked the salesman, he said "its sold, I'm surprised it went so fast. Came in one day, sold the next".

Last I saw of the wee thing it was driving past my work, didn't notice a personalised plate on it though. Have you called them yet brad you slacker? They may not even know what's going on yet!
