Flatmate wanted

Looking for a flatmate - Me + missus are looking to upsize from the place we're at right now, but would prefer to find someone to move with before we commit to anything.

We're looking at places all over town to be honest, there's a heap of places which all appeal. Rent would be approx $100p/w, and we're getting a place with a garage - that much is certain. We're really easygoing people, and you won't see me 90% of the time cause I'll be in the garage.

Oh yeah - we aren't fussed on male/female/couples, however I will be liable to change the locks if you can't look after yourself and the flat.
