or even more stupid would be to join any club and get your jollies.

CCC have events at Ruapuna usually at least monthy, Ashbutron the same, and here in Timaru we have them usually every 2 months.
these are only based on events that can be entered in a standard road car with appropriate membership/license/safety gear.

sorry if it does sound too easy, Cozmoid, but i also believe OSCC also have plenty of events that a road car can be entered in.

there are so many events i am either competing in, running, or servicing at, that (as it stands) , i have about 3 full weekends off for the rest of the year.

I will be there! Finish control for some stage that starts saturday 9am! Good luck to yas!

And the only events that i can enter are grasskanna unless i get a license. But i should!
My bro and some of his mates are all in the OSCC and i always marshal at their rallies.
I just sorta would prefer track stuff and there aint much here obviously
If I have my race license and am a OSCC member can I get guest entries to other clubs trackdays?

For those who are interested in circuit racing there is a national race day at Levels on Sunday.

Free spectator entry.

once you have a memebership and clubsport/race/rally licence, you can enter any event hosted by any club.

thanks for the heads up Adam.
Olleboy entered his first event at Levels in a standard 5AF AE101 and had a ball, so much so that he purchased a KP60 Club car very soon after.

30th September will more than likely be 1/4 Mile and circuit sprints, but it will depend on interest and competitor numbers, i may have to use a trump card with the permit??

Any more details available on that?

What sort of event is it. The CCC website list it as a drag day?

I definately won't. ;) Just have to worry about getting it back home afterwards as it can't be towed (auto and 4WD). Thats the main thing i'm paranoid about pretty much.
