weird flashes in the sky out west

Postby Dirtbag » Sun Sep 24, 2006 3:34 am

just been driving home, and out westish i saw a couple of flashes in the sky, they were not at the same place each time I dont think, almost looked kinda like what a camera flash would do.... if it was powerful enough to light sky.

Flashes were bright enought to get my attention easily, but no actual illuminating light was reaching as far as me, but then again it did look pretty far out. kinda prebbletonish way maybe?

anyone have a clue what the hell they were?
