Needed... cheap auto electrician... probably for a day!

Need someone who knows something about auto electric systems to re-wire my Celica. Needs re-wiring pretty much from scratch as I want to transfer the fuses to the center console. This is a rally car with pretty basic electrical systems... ie lights, blinkers, heater (on off switch), wipers, auto masturbation switch, With my help shouldnt take too long and provided wires are end to end I can trim and route later.
