Hi,

I am after someone in christchurch who can lower my van for me. I can put in the lowering blocks I just need someone to wind down the torsion bars in the front.

Or reccomend somewhere to take it to get it done

im not 100% sure about bongos but going off my experience on my hiace if you car put the blocks in you can loosen a couple nuts off.

there should be 2 (1 each side) threaded bits coming down withdoubled up nuts on them, the torsion bars mount to these, they are a long thin (approx 1" think) bar that runs from the front to almost the diff.
all you will need is like an approiate sized deep socket.

ill take a pic if you dont understand my shit explanaton
