As per title, anyone know where to get federal tyres in Christchurch??

Tyrepower in Hornby would be worth a shot, they had the Federal Motorsport tyre catalogue last time I was in there & seemed to think availability was good.

About 8 years ago I got some from Marmites. Last I saw they were on Ferry road Sumner side of whatever the old stadium is called these days. They might still sell em.
