Whangamata End of August Cruise 27TH OF AUGUST!!!!

Postby Kevorkian » Tue Aug 02, 2005 1:58 pm

Can I please show a raise of hands for who will be coming DEFINATELY on this cruise, and if you are coming, please also mention whether you would prefer the saturday (27th) or sunday (28th).

Somebody also mentioned somebody having a batch down at the beach, if they're keen to come and let us use the batch for a few hours to maybe setup a barbeque or something, that would be unreal.

Please try and keep this thread strictly about this cruise.

Cheers,
Kevorkian

Ah! you read the poker post! :D 8O

Yeah, Mr Offensive's batch, a BBQ, some dr inks, and a good set of playing cards (or 3) should suffice :D :D

EDIT: I will be there dependant on my $ situation after moving back! :D

Well since most people so far have mentioned Sunday, Sunday the 28th of August it is :D

Whangamata... Now.. where should we meet up?? :P I'm thinking we park up at the Whangamata Memorial Hall car park as long as nothing is going on that day in that car park.. It's quite large and easy to find, it's on the right hand side as you come into Whangamata right next to the RSA.

We all thinking about 12ish?

Wicked, So far we have 9 people roughly. So by the end of the month we should be able to get quite a few more to join us.

Should be a great day out for all. I'm keen to meet all of you and see some sweet cars :D

Looks like the best way would be to meet at say 9.30 leave te rapa at 10am to head over. The best way (unless someone has a better way) is to head out through taupiri, go through orini etc, so we could meet at BP Connect Ngaruawahia and go from there?
