Help wif my new project.

Postby TRD CHICK » Tue Aug 09, 2005 7:11 pm

rite. as the title says i need help wif my new project... :D

long story short, to keep me out of trouble i have bought me a project.
its a 1970 Toyota Crown... infact i have 2, but yet to pull the other out of the paddock its in, in Papakura.

now, as this is my first project, and im a girl i need all the help i can get in learning how to do things the right way! as my goal is to have it all looking sweet and everything by new years.
as far as i can see it needs steering box fixed and new brake line... thats for a warrant. :?
the rest is just rust repairs, panel beating repairs, want to get it painted, lower it and stuff... i semi know what i need to do, but need to be shown...

so.. if anyone is interested in helping a girl out let me know, if you feel u may require gentle persuasion in the way of gifts... that may b arranged... let me know!!!

Cheers.

Hi - I have a tandem car trailer, just the ticket for retrieving crown from papakura.
Could be a hamilton meet mission incl. pickapart manurewa?

I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!

and as for the motor, its got a 2.6litre 6 cylinder in it or something along the lines.. and it goes alright from what ive seen, i actually havent driven it yet

but thanks to thaphatty we found its get upto 70 miles /hour pretty easily hahaha... 8)
