I'll be there 8)

One request though ... the last time we did a speedway circuit sprint for the Clubsports (in Taranaki) they used the big plastic barriers as chicanes. Whilst they were not water filled, several cars sustained quite a bit of damage hitting them on the day.

If you could use a pair of cones at the closest to the car edge of the barriers to mark out the course assuming you're using barriers and chicanes, that'd be good. Cos that way if you are a tiny bit off course you clip a cone, if you're a fair way off course, you clip two cones. However you'd need to be completely on the piss to hit the barrier :-)

where the dotted line = barrier and the ** indicates a pair of cones and the @@ indicates where a car would pass through if going on the correct course.

Yeah thats what we did at our trail run at the weekend. Cones cause alot less damage than flying barriers.

Excellent 8)

Should be interesting to see how many HCCC people I can get up to the Nationals.

Bit of a long drive in a caged car, but we typically get a few keen people.

Just means I need a chiropracter to help once I crawl out of the car.

I'm keen, and coming up. But, hmm, let me see:
Aircon - check
Comfy seats - check
Plenty of room - check
Moderately quiet - check
NVH - none really - check
Radio/CD/ipod - check
8 speakers - check
Chiropractor unnecessary - check
Arrive fresh - priceless :D
