Help a brother out!

Hey guys. Came up to Hamilton last night for work now car won't start. Think it's just a flat battery due to a loose earth. Hope it's not a starter motor. Has anybody got a multimeter and a battery charger, and can be bothered giving me a hand tonight? It would be much appreciated!

I am in town for the week if you are nice enough to drop me off a charger.
