So I have had a trademe deal go bad and the guy owes me over $500.

I have his address, bank account number, phone number,
but only a first name.

I plan on going thru the court system to get paid but need his last name.

What I would like is for someone to go to 161 Nixon Street and get any and all rego numbers for any cars parked there.

I have access to get names from rego numbers, so hopefully I can find out his full name and go from there.

Otherwsie is anyone had another idea on how to get his last name
make a suggestion.

I believe I now know the guys full name
but if I could confirm that he is at that address would be great.

Took most of a year, a few trips to court and some chasing on my part but I eventually got the money back that the guy owed me.

When I rang him he told me that he was someone else and had just bought that phone a few weeks back
and did not have the details of the guy who I was trying to contact,
which was a straight lie as later when I text him saying the address he said that he had moved house and was somewhere else now,
proving it was him,

Another time when I rang him and he claimed he could not refund me as he had lost his job,
which was another straight lie as I rang him at his work the next day,
he was very surprised that I had found out about him,
as all he had given me was a email address and a cell number,
and a fake name.

He refused to turn up in court as I had filed the dispute in the fake name he had given me.

Going through the disputes tribunal is actually an interesting exercise if you have the time and patience,
but even a judgement in your favour does not mean payment as it is up to you to still chase the debt.


Anyway I see the same person is now selling a whole lot of "4AGE Part" on trademe again
Originally he would not deal through trademe as his account was in debt and he couldn't pay it,
and I see he is asking people to contact him via email again.

Anyway anyone looking beware, He says his name is Simba Cigauke, it is not that

i thought he was some nigerian prince who needed my help to get his millions of dollars of inheritance out of he home country, all he needed was my bank account number
